Well, I am a very late entry to the One World – One Heart is a world-wide giveaway event, sort of a “greet and meet” online. All you need to do to participate is give something away. Lisa Oceandreamer from Heart of the Nest and Imagination Cafe is the host for this year’s event.
I have two bags to give away. The first one is a commercially made bag given to me to give away or use-I choose to give it away. The second bag is a sewing hussif I started at the 2005 Crazy Quilt Retreat in Omaha, Nebraska.
It’s from a kit from Attic Heirlooms in Wichita, Kansas; I put it inside a cosmetics bag to protect the embroidery. Although I would use the bags for embroidery supplies, both are large enough for knitting supplies and other types of crafty fun as well.
To win either bag, leave a comment about yourself, which bag you would prefer, and be sure to leave your blog address. I’ll draw names out of a hat on February 14; if both people want the same bag, the first name drawn will get their choice, the second name drawn will get the other bag and a few embroidery goodies. And anyone that leaves me a suggestion about something to see or do pertaining to crafting in Ireland (the Republic), or invites me to a craft group in Ireland, I’ll send you some embroidery goodies just because!

“Comment about myself”… er… I’m not used to speak of myself. But here goes…
I’m a hamster. Meaning I hamster things that could be useful… that one could make something of. Like egg cartons, scraps of fabric, yarn, things I find outside… But I’m teaching myself to let go. This give-away was a great way to get rid of some of my “stash”.
